Family adventure photoshoots are for the family who wants real, authentic and relaxed photographs of their family, just being themselves. Showcasing all the candid moments in-between the combination posed portraits. Documenting your family, your children in their element.

My goal is to capture the way your children gaze at you, the love in your partner's eyes, and the unique bond you share. Let's spend a fun evening as a family, and I'll document the real, authentic moments of this season.

FAMILY SESSIONS

Fun, child-led family photoshoots that capture the love, connection and laughter of your family.

These relaxed sessions are perfect for immediate families, and you’re also very welcome to include grandparents, aunties, uncles and cousins.

Photoshoots can take place at your home or property, at an agreed outdoor location around Hawke’s Bay, or at the Studio at Backpaddock Lakes. And if you're unsure where to go, don't worry — I have plenty of beautiful location ideas to help you choose.

Family photography sessions start from $590.

Bringing the whole family together?

Grandparents, siblings, cousins, aunties and uncles are all welcome.

Extended-family sessions are relaxed and give us time to photograph the whole group, individual family units and all those smaller family combinations that matter most.

Every family collection includes five professional prints, and you can also order additional prints, frames, albums and canvas prints directly through your online gallery.

There’s no need to download files, search for a printer or work out where to order everything from. Your gallery includes a built-in print store with options ranging from small loose prints through to beautiful framed artwork and heirloom albums.

In a world where so many photographs stay on our phones and computers, printed images give your family memories a more permanent place in your home.

HOW IT WORKS

1. GET IN TOUCH

Send through an enquiry and I’ll email you my full Family Photography Price Guide with session information, collection options and everything you need to know before booking.

2. GET BOOKED IN

Once you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send through everything you need to secure your session. I’ll also send you my Family Session Preparation Guide, with tips on what to wear, how to prepare the kids and what to expect on the day.

3. ENJOY YOUR SESSION

There’s no pressure to perform or have perfectly behaved children. We’ll keep things relaxed, let the kids move, play and be themselves, while still making time for the classic family photographs you’ll want to keep.

4. VIEW YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

After your session, you’ll receive a private proof gallery where you can view your photographs and choose the collection that best suits your family.

5. RECEIVE YOUR FINAL IMAGES

Once your selections are confirmed, I’ll complete the final editing of your chosen photographs. Your finished images will then be delivered through your private online gallery, ready to download, share, print and enjoy.

6. YOUR PRINTS ARRIVE

Your included professional prints and any framed artwork you’ve chosen will be prepared and delivered after your final image selection. Then you get to enjoy seeing your family photographs somewhere other than on a screen.
