Nicole & Tim'S WEDDING AT BACKPADDOCK LAKES, CENTRAL HAWKE'S BAY
What an incredibly fun wedding Nicole and Tim had at Backpaddock Lakes in Central Hawke’s Bay! Everything about this day was amazing with so many unique details that made the occasion so special. The wedding was a black tie, black-themed wedding which made the whole event stunning and elegant.
Tim and his groomsmen started their day in the charming Villa at Backpaddock Lakes. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as they prepared for the big event. Meanwhile, Nicole, the bridesmaids, and family relaxed and got ready at the picturesque Hindsight B&B, which is set against a stunning rural landscape in Tikokino, Central Hawke’s Bay. The first look with Nicole and her bridesmaids, followed by her Dad were truly special moments to remember.
One of the most memorable moments was the first look, a private and intimate meeting between Nicole and Tim, hidden among the trees. This was followed by a fun-filled photo session with their hilarious wedding party.
The lakeside ceremony was nothing short of beautiful. Adding a touch of humour and surprise, the "Beer Boys" served as flower girls, walking down the aisle to rock music and setting a playful tone for the ceremony.
After the heartfelt ceremony, Nicole changed into an exquisite second dress, and Nicole and Tim dazzled everyone with a stunning swing dance in the Barn foyer.
Guests enjoyed the unique and delicious Izakaya style Japanese cuisine by Piku Food Truck from Havelock North, while lawn games provided entertainment lakeside as they awaited the delectable dishes. Mr. Murdock’s cocktail caravan bar kept everyone refreshed and added a charming touch to the venue.
Nicole wowed everyone by changing into a third dress, and the dancing continued, making the night even more magical. The incredible band "Liquid Zoo" provided fantastic music and even included a karaoke session, where Nicole and Tim showed off their fun-loving personalities, much to the delight of their guests.
The celebration didn't end with the wedding day. Nicole and Tim spent three wonderful days catching up with friends and family at Backpaddock Lakes, enjoying BBQs and wakeboarding. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement, making the entire experience unforgettable for everyone involved.
It was such an honor for me to be a part of this wedding celebration. Nicole and Tim’s wedding was not just a special day but an extraordinary weekend filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Here's to a lifetime of happiness and adventure for this amazing couple!
