A Timeless Black & White Wedding at Backpaddock Lakes: Shayla & Ben’s Unforgettable Day
Shayla and Ben’s wedding at Backpaddock Lakes in Hawke’s Bay was breathtaking, with a bold and elegant black and white theme. The groomsmen kicked off the day at 'Forest Gate' in Tikokino, cruising around the Holden's property in classic style—sunnies on, beers in hand. Meanwhile, the bridesmaids got ready at the stunning Villa at Backpaddock Lakes, where every detail was striking, from simple white hydrangeas to their gorgeous sleek black dresses. Shayla’s custom handmade Demelza gown was a true showstopper. The venue was beautifully styled with Lucy's Event hire, and lush florals created by family and friends set the perfect scene. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the lawn while the bridal party enjoyed a few photos around the wetlands with music and champagne flowing! With Mitzi & Twinn Catering serving up incredible food and Liquid Zoo bringing the party vibes, this wedding was one for all to remember!
