"Country Charm by the Lake: A Heartfelt Wedding at Backpaddock Lakes"
This wedding was truly a dream to photograph, with so many unforgettable moments woven into the day. The couple's first look at the private jetty at Backpaddock Lakes felt like a scene from a movie, with their chosen songs playing softly in the background as they saw each other for the first time.
Te Aniwa looked absolutely breathtaking in her stunning wedding gown, with flowers that were nothing short of gorgeous, perfectly complementing the relaxed, country vibe of the day. A particularly touching moment was when Te Aniwa's younger brother walked her down the aisle to meet her soon-to-be husband, William. The couple exchanged vows with breathtaking lake views behind them, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Every detail embraced the relaxed, rural theme, from the rustic bar leaners to the laid-back tunes that an easygoing atmosphere. The groomsmen added a classic touch with their checkered shirts, perfectly complementing the country vibe of the day.
One of my favorite moments was capturing the newlyweds by the silo bar and during their golden-hour stroll, lake side, with the sounds of Luke Combs and Chris Stapleton filling the air. They took this time to reflect on the day, soaking in those precious moments as a married couple. Afterwards, they lit up the dance floor, celebrated with an amazing cake, got everyone laughing with the" Garter removal" and "Shoe game"!
This Wedding day was pure magic, and I feel so lucky to have been part of it!
