A Relaxed Couples Engagement Photoshoot at Porangahau Beach
We had the most relaxed, beautiful Monday evening at Porangahau Beach in September — one of those nights with no wind, stunning colours in the sky, and driftwood scattered across the sand like nature’s own props.
I met Lauren & Harvey at this gorgeous spot we’re all massive fans of, and we just hung out with a few simple prompts to get ready for their wedding day — walking along the shore, a bit of impromptu dancing — soaking in the serene colours of a beach all to ourselves. Their sweet pup came along too and provided plenty of cute distractions (he’s such a little camera-stealer!).
It was a chilled session, no rush, purely getting into the pre-wedding zone — laughter, golden light, and fun ✨
